Category Schools - Social Worker Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year as a dedicated Social Worker supporting students and families in a vibrant educational environment. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students who rely on your expertise and compassion. In this contract role, you'll utilize your professional skills to assess student needs and connect them with essential resources, fostering a supportive and inclusive school atmosphere. You will play a key role in providing counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active and valid state licensure as a School Social Worker Master's degree in Social Work or a related field required Previous experience working within an educational setting strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and their families Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing school social work
Key Responsibilities:
