Key Qualifications:

Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) or equivalent credentials for school-based social work in Illinois Prior experience as a school Social Worker or similar setting preferred Strong advocacy, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments

Responsibilities:

Support students through individual/group counseling, crisis intervention, and resource referral Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being Develop and implement strategies for social-emotional growth and behavioral health Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP/504 plan development
