A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Family Support Specialist Early Childhood & Family Center 2026-27 School Year 7 hrs/day - 181 days Salary range: 24.50 to 26.41 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and experience in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or related field.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Community Resources Ability to relate to staff, parents and community Ability to work independently Initiative and creativity in performing job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Serve as support for assigned classrooms. Serve as a liaison between Families, School and community resources. Coordinate Family Support Services and related staff. Conduct Home Visits, including PAT.
