August 10, 2026 - November 5, 2026 Potential overlap with the returning Social Worker to support a smooth transition Onsite Position Responsibilities Provide direct social work services and therapy minutes as outlined in students' IEPs. Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation. Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and district requirements. Student Population Kindergarten through 5th Grade General education elementary setting No specialized or self-contained programs Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
