School Social Worker (FMLA Leave) | Elementary | St. Charles, IL AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate School Social Worker to join one of our elementary school partners in St. Charles, Illinois for a full-time FMLA leave position. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team supporting Kindergarten through 5th grade students in a general education setting.

PM Assignment Dates:
August 10, 2026 - November 5, 2026 Potential overlap with the returning Social Worker to support a smooth transition Onsite Position Responsibilities Provide direct social work services and therapy minutes as outlined in students' IEPs. Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation. Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and district requirements. Student Population Kindergarten through 5th Grade General education elementary setting No specialized or self-contained programs Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process. Qualifications Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement Illinois Social Work License Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Why AnthroMed Education?
