Job Description
The Regional Office of Education #28 serving Bureau, Henry & Stark Counties is currently looking to fill the role of Part Time 21st Century Community Learning Center Program Site Coordinator. Applications will be accepted at the Bureau Henry Stark Regional Office of Education until July 31, 2026 for the position of Site Coordinator for a 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) afterschool program located within Hall High School. This is a Monday through Friday, year-around position. Responsibilities of this staff member include the following: Be thoroughly familiar with the approved 21st CCLC grant that provides opportunities for students in the areas of homework, tutoring, additional academic supports, hands-on academic enrichment activities, recreational opportunities, community collaboration, as well as parent involvement. Provide administration and direction to manage the after-school program Supervise and monitor staff Work in partnership with school day staff and community partners Management, recruitment and retention of students Plan and conduct parent and family events Facilitate communication among after school staff and teachers, administrators, parents, community partners, and 21st CCLC Project Director Maintain all staff and student attendance records Attend all mandatory meetings, conferences, and trainings Persons with a Bachelor's degree in a child related field, such as education, youth development, counseling, psychology, and human services OR those with substantial relevant experience should send cover letter and resume to Tera Hicks at the Regional Office of Education, 107 S.
