Foster Care Licensing Worker Rutledge Youth Foundation - 5.0 Springfield, IL Job Details Full-time $48,000 - $52,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Filing Case review audits Adoption and foster care home visits Recruiting Foster care placement case management for child welfare Full Job Description On-going auditing of foster parent files to ensure that all paperwork needed for licensure is present Foster parent support on an emergency basis Assist case manager of placement stabilization of current youth in care Assist with relative certification in accordance with the KIND Act. Review of referral packets for future placement and on-going review of agency referrals for immediate placement of youth in care with Rutledge Youth Foundation At the discretion of the Coordinator, perform initial licensing and/or monitoring of foster homes Assist the Coordinator in recruitment efforts Assist Coordinator with monthly foster parent meeting Assist case managers with securing respite as needed for foster parents Assist case managers with locating placement for youth that have placement disruption Assist Coordinator with newsletter, mailing, etc. Other duties as assigned by
