Salary Send applications or inquiries to: Job Description St. Bartholomew is seeking a full-time Children's & Youth Faith (CYFF) Formation Coordinator. The CYFF Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing religious education programs for children and youth from kindergarten through 6th grade. This role involves leading a team of staff and volunteers, organizing sacramental preparation, and ensuring that faith formation activities align with the Church's teachings and standards. The director supervises Youth Ministers, the Children's Faith Formation Coordinator, and catechists, providing support and professional development to ensure effective program delivery. Additionally, the director evaluates and implements new faith-formation ideas to foster a vibrant, engaging spiritual environment for young parishioners.
