Immediate Staffing Need:

We are currently seeking qualified male contractors who can support Father Engagement services, while also maintaining flexibility to assist with other family-based services as needed. Father Engagement (Immediate Priority Need) Bachelor's degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Counseling, or related field Experience working with fathers and families involved with DCS, probation, reentry, or community-based services Strong engagement, communication, and rapport-building skills Ability to complete background checks and meet DCS/Probation standards Male candidates who meet these qualifications will be prioritized for Father Engagement cases.

Therapist / Clinical

Providers (As Needed) Master's degree required (MSW, Counseling, MFT, Psychology, or related field) Indiana licensure or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, etc.) Experience providing therapy to children, adults, or families Other Family Services (Degree Not Required) For services such as

Family Preservation, Home-Based Casework, Supervised Visitation, and Support Services:

Relevant experience working with families, children, or youth Compassion, professionalism, and a strong desire to help families succeed Reliable transportation and ability to work in homes and community settings Willingness to complete background checks and required trainings All Contractors Must Have Valid driver's license & insured transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor Qualifications Proven experience with child protective services, child welfare, or social work preferred. Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies. Experience working with children in various settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with family law, conflict management, and behavioral health issues affecting families. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Ability to work independently as a contractor while managing multiple cases efficiently. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with community resources, legal entities, and other stakeholders. Compassionate approach combined with strong organizational skills to maintain detailed case documentation. Relevant educational background in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. This position is vital for supporting vulnerable families through compassionate service delivery while fostering safer environments for children.
