1099 Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker- Licensed in Indiana

This position is 1099 contract . Therapy services are provided in the clients home or community.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist who values working with clients from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services in various settings, including clients' homes, community locations, or our office. You will work with children, teenagers, and adults, helping them address and support their mental health needs. This individual will carry a small caseload of clients, and guide/direct a team of professional social workers, counselors, and therapists.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic services in clients' homes, community locations, or office settings. Counsel patients on various issues and provide support for their mental well-being. Perform patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Participate in ongoing supervision and training with assigned supervisors. Receive mentoring and supervision from highly trained leaders. For DCS and Probation clients, attend regular team meetings about client progress and attend court hearings. Attend meetings with Director of Operations and CEO for business planning. Attend training seminars and workshops for continuing education

Qualifications:

Must hold licensure in the state of INDIANA as one of the following:

LMHCA, LMHC, LSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT.

Experience in mental health counseling and therapy. Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and treatment planning. Familiarity with counseling and support services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines. Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a criminal history and child protective services background check.

Compensation Package:

68 to 80 per hour
