Description Job Objectives:
The person selected for this position will be under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Student Services and will be responsible for implementing components of a comprehensive mental health system to support the social-emotional needs of students. The Project AWARE District-Level School Social Worker is assigned to schools, programs, and district initiatives by the Executive Director of Student Services based on student needs, staffing considerations, referral data, and district priorities. School and program assignments may be adjusted throughout the year to ensure effective service delivery and continuity of support. The position is formally supervised and evaluated by the Executive Director of Student Services, with input from assigned building administrators and other Student Services leadership as appropriate.
