Social Worker

Overview MSW MSW + Health, dental, and vision insurance options + Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays + Bereavement leave, FMLA , and other leave options + Employer 401K options + Tuition reimbursement options + Life, disability, and other insurance options + Many other amazing benefits Responsibilities + Evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to formulate accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans. + Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques tailored to clients' specific needs and challenges. + Respond to mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and developing safety plans to ensure client safety. + Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and families to set therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes. + Coordinate resources and services, advocating for clients within the healthcare system and connecting them with community support. + Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, required. + If currently registered as an Intern with a Social Work board; provide all educational and licensure requirements upon hire and maintain current. + Minimum one (1) year Inpatient, Post-Acute care, or Outpatient Behavioral Health + Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain current, preferred. + Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Council or related field, preferred.
