A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Job Description
Applicants should enjoy caring for elementary-aged school students and should desire to work in a Christian school environment. Hours are 7:15-8:15 am Monday - Friday (on days school is in session). Care is provided for K-8th students as they arrive to school - before they go to their classrooms. Please provide an email address in your response in order for us to contact you.
