Pay Rate:

Cafeteria Worker:
- + Assist with preparing and serving breakfast and lunch to students and school staff + Prepare and portion food according to established menus and instructions + Set up serving lines and keep food and supplies stocked during meal periods + Serve meals to students in a friendly and professional manner + Assist with basic food preparation, including assembling meals, sandwiches, fruits, vegetables, and other menu items + Wash dishes, trays, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment as needed + Clean and sanitize tables, counters, serving areas, kitchen equipment, and workstations + Sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and help maintain a clean and sanitary cafeteria + Properly store food and supplies according to food safety guidelines + Follow school, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures + Assist with other cafeteria and kitchen duties as assigned •Available shifts:•Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) •Job requirements:•+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Previous food service, cafeteria, kitchen, or food preparation experience preferred + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact appropriately with students and school staff + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine cleaning and food service duties + Basic math skills + Background check and drug screening required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
