Job Description

Step into a vital role supporting high school students as a School Social Worker in the Roxbury area. This rewarding contract opportunity begins in September and runs through January, with the possibility of extension through the end of the academic year. You'll work closely with grades 9-12, helping students navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges to realize their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Social Work (SW) License required Experience supporting students in educational settings, preferably high school Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse students, staff, and families Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required Flexibility and compassionate approach in addressing student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
