VOC is looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our Early Education department as a Social Worker. General Description:
In this role, you will manage the intake, placement, and ongoing support of children referred to VOC Early Education and Care programs by the Department of Children and Families.General Requirements:
No prior experience as a Social Worker is required—just a commitment to supporting children and families in need. Must have an Associate's degree or higher. Vehicle required for travel. Compensation for mileage.Benefits:
- First 12 Months employees accrue 2 weeks of vacation.
- After 13 months, you begin to accrue weeks of vacation.
- You accrue 2 weeks of sick leave each year.
- 1 Hour Paid lunch Break.
- 13 Paid Holidays.
- Other benefits such as, medical Insurance, In lieu of medical insurance, VOC will provide the lowest cost contributed by the agency towards childcare reimbursement or other benefit products such as AFLAC products & Guardian Life insurance.
- Retirement plan available through Mutual of America, VOC will contribute 2% of your gross pay.
