We are seeking a motivated Director of Social Services to join our team in Swansea, MA. This leadership position plays a critical role in overseeing social services and ensuring that residents receive the emotional, psychosocial, and supportive care they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan, develop, and oversee comprehensive social service programs and initiatives. Supervise, mentor, and support social services staff while promoting professional development.
