Chelsea School serves students with language-based learning disabilities in a college preparatory environment. Provide individual and group therapy; family and community advocacy and crisis intervention as needed to help students effectively cope with personal, social, academic, career and family issues. Consult and work with parents, teachers, staff, administrators, and supporting agencies concerning the needs and abilities of students in case load. Identify students with social emotional needs and make appropriate recommendations and referrals. Assess, develop and implement social/emotional goals and objectives for the IEP; Behavior Intervention Plans/Functional Behavioral Assessments Provide and Maintain - Quarterly IEP Progress Reports, Online Daily Progress Notes, Therapy Logs and other documentation Support the philosophy and vision of Chelsea School For more information about our program, please visit our website: www.chelseaschool.edu
