Required Qualifications Active Maryland Bar admission Minimum one (1) year of experience in immigration law, family law, personal injury, or workers' compensation Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and case management skills Demonstrated respect for deadlines and attention to detail Ability to work in person at our Gaithersburg office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Litigation, judicial clerkship, legal clinic, or courtroom experience Preferred Qualifications Spanish fluency (or a genuine interest in learning Spanish) Eligibility for admission to the Virginia Bar Experience appearing before courts or administrative agencies Our Culture At J Kelley Law Group, we believe great attorneys are built through preparation, accountability, collaboration, and integrity.
