School Social Worker - Greenville, MI

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. This on-site School Social Worker position for the 2026-2027 school year offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population at an educational facility located in Greenville, MI. The role involves working a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, beginning August 17, 2026, through June 3, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct social work services to a caseload of approximately 30-40 students. Address the needs of students with a variety of disabilities across the caseload. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans. Conduct assessments, interventions, and counseling as needed, ensuring a supportive school environment. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid School Social Worker Certification (Preliminary or Full License) is required. Experience working with school-aged children with diverse disabilities is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
