Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Valid SSW-310 certification is required Experience working as a Social Worker in school settings strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, students, and families Strong communication and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of adolescent development and behavioral interventions Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse environments
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support services to high school students Conduct student assessments and coordinate interventions as needed Serve as a liaison between school, families, and outside organizations Develop individualized plans to address students' social, emotional, and academic needs Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing case management Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students' well-being and success
