Position Details:

Part-time position Hours vary and may include weekends Kitchen experience preferred ServeSafe Certification is a plus Experience cooking for children is a plus Previous cooking experience in a school or child care setting is a plus Knowledge of MiLEAP Licensing and CACFP requirements is a plus

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks Meal preparation and menu implementation Maintaining kitchen organization, inventory, and cleanliness Washing and sanitizing all classroom dishes Washing, drying, and organizing classroom laundry Following all food safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for supporting children through healthy meals and a clean environment

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
