Category Schools - Social Worker Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join a supportive school district in Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping students overcome social, emotional, and behavioral challenges while collaborating with educators, families, and community partners. Position Details Full-time 2026-2027 school year Michigan Competitive weekly pay W-2 employment Weekly direct deposit Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling to students. Conduct social and behavioral assessments. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies to support student success. Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings. Develop intervention plans and connect families with community resources. Assist with crisis intervention and behavior support. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW). Active Michigan School Social Worker credential or appropriate Michigan licensure. Previous school-based experience preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
