Key Qualifications:
Active Michigan School Social Worker Certification (310); please submit a copy with your application. Experience providing support as a social worker in K-12 or special education settings. Ability to work onsite, collaborating closely with school staff, students, and families. Strong understanding of the needs of students with disabilities. If certification is pending, supervision arrangements must be confirmed before an interview.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group support services to K-12 students. Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to address barriers to learning. Develop intervention plans that promote students' academic and emotional success. Contribute actively to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes.
