$27.22 - $39.67/hour, based on licensing and experience Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Adult Outpatient Therapist/Social Worker to provide clinical services to adults and families in a behavioral health setting. The role includes assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary providers. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations and provide direct clinical treatment to adults and families. Assess and document mental health and/or co-occurring substance use needs. Provide individual and group therapy using person-centered treatment approaches. Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, families, and other service providers. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation. Coordinate discharge planning and case closure. Complete required training and maintain compliance with agency and state requirements. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field - Required Michigan licensure: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, or LLP. Minimum 1 year of experience working with or treating individuals diagnosed with mental illness; fieldwork/internship may count. Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse populations. Flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend hours. No visa sponsorship available.
