Student Loan Forgiveness Opportunities:
Employment with NEMCSA may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. What You'll Do As an Early Head Start Family Educator, you'll partner with families during some of the most important years of a child's development. Through home visits, parent-child activities, and family support services, you'll help parents build confidence, strengthen relationships, and support their child's learning and growth from pregnancy through age three. In this role, you will: Deliver engaging early childhood education and family support services in home and center-based settings.

Conduct weekly home visits that support children's development and strengthen parent-child relationships.

Facilitate parent-child socialization experiences and family learning opportunities.

Support pregnant women and families with prenatal education and access to community resources.

Monitor children's growth and development through screenings and ongoing assessments.

Provide guidance on child development, parenting, health, nutrition, and school readiness.

Connect families with health, social service, and early intervention resources as needed.

Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and professional standards. Most importantly, you'll help families build strong foundations for lifelong learning, healthy development, and future success.
