  • Social Worker Job Type Travel School Social Worker
  • Michigan School-Based Openings We are seeking Local or Travel School Social Workers for K-12 school-based opportunities in Michigan. These are W-2 positions offering estimated weekly pay of $1,880
  • 2,200 (based on a 40-hour workweek), full benefits, 401(k) matching, and licensure reimbursement. We work closely with clinicians to match them with placements that fit their preferences, including:
  • K-12 age groups
  • Classroom and caseload preferences
  • Preferred school settings and locations Responsibilities include providing direct social work services to students, conducting assessments, supporting behavioral and social-emotional needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in IEP meetings, consulting with families and staff, and maintaining accurate student documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • SSW-310 Authorization for School Social Work or Michigan Department of Education (MDE) School Social Worker Credential (Or in progress)
  • School-based experience preferred
  • IEP experience preferred
