Job Description
- Flexible Schedule Days 8am-4:30pm |No weekends & no Holidays | Supports our Duluth and North Branch team This position is responsible for providing direct social work services to hospice patients and their family members and caregivers in need of identified social work services and providing them with psychosocial and environmental support.

The targeted pay range for this position is $33.00- $38.00 per hour and is an exempt/salary position. This position will support our Hospice Duluth and North Branch teams. PRN/Casual
