Description:
Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a Dual Language Spanish Immersion Secondary Coordinator. The Dual Language Spanish Immersion Secondary Coordinator works in close collaboration with the MLL Program Administrator as well as the building administrators at both Roseville Area Middle School and Roseville Area High School. This position is responsible for leading district efforts in coordinating Dual Language Spanish Immersion Secondary Programming. This is a .6 FTE position beginning August 31, 2026.
Responsible To:
Lourdes Flores-Hanson, Multilingual Program Administrator; Heidi George, Roseville Area Middle School Principal;
Jen Wilson, Roseville Area High School Principal Required Qualifications:
A MN teaching license is required Bilingual skills: Spanish/English Experience in Spanish immersion curriculum alignment Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate groups Strong racial equity focus Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong professional development skills Experience in project management
Compensation:
Minimum full year, full time starting salary is $53,085 (prorated based on FTE - see attached matrix), plus a district contribution toward medical and dental insurance.
