WHAT CASE MANAGERS DO AT OUR SCHOOL
Case Managers are the connectors, advocates, and problem-solvers at the heart of our work. They do not teach, which allows for student and family focus! Case Managers focus on their case loads (up to 17), either Middle or High School students, in a collaborative environment Are given due process days to complete paperwork!

WE OFFER
$37,500 - $70,000 depending on education and experience
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Possession of a valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 Teaching License Experience with Google workspace applications or similar software necessary to complete required job tasks Experience working with students on the autism spectrum Similar positions: Special Education Teacher, Special Education Case Manager, Resource Room Teacher, DCD, ASD
