Provide emotional and support services for persons in the last stages of life Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address emotional and behavioral issues. Collaborate with medical, nursing and therapy staff to coordinate services for clients. Social Worker forHospice Experience:
Master's degree in Social Work Previous experience working with elderly clients or hospice a plus Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and their application in a therapeutic setting.
