Experience in home visiting programs, early childhood education, or family support services. Knowledge of child development principles, parent-child interactions, and family dynamics. Understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with diverse families. Bilingual proficiency (if applicable to the community served) is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of families.
Compensation Range:
$47,800 - $62,400. $1,000 hiring bonus following successful completion of 90 days of employment document by performance evaluation.
