Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic educational team as a 6-12 Testing Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of standardized assessments for middle and high school students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead testing operations, support educators, and foster an environment of fairness and accuracy. Your energy and organizational skills will help create a positive testing experience that upholds the integrity of our assessment processes and supports student success. Duties Coordinate all aspects of standardized testing for grades 6 through 12, including scheduling, setup, and logistics Supervise testing sessions to ensure adherence to testing protocols and security measures Provide training and guidance to test administrators, teachers, and support staff on testing procedures and policies Manage testing materials, including distribution, collection, and secure storage before, during, and after assessments Communicate effectively with school staff, students, parents, and external testing agencies to facilitate smooth operations Monitor testing environments to maintain a distraction-free atmosphere and address any issues promptly Maintain detailed records of testing schedules, attendance, incidents, and compliance documentation Requirements Proven supervising experience in educational settings or assessment environments Background in teaching or adult education with classroom experience preferred Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and protocols Strong customer service skills to support students, staff, and external partners effectively Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and reporting Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple testing sessions efficiently Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds in educational or classroom settings Join us in making a meaningful impact on student achievement by ensuring that every test is conducted with integrity, professionalism, and care. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
