Contract Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to support students across multiple school sites. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs). Candidates should be comfortable working with students across all grade levels and floating between nearby campuses as needed. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success Provide social-emotional and behavioral interventions in a school setting Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs and IHPs Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for services Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Deliver individual and group counseling services as appropriate Document services and maintain accurate student records Minimum Requirements May be required to hold an MSW or LCSW depending on assignment Must meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements Ability to comply with professional standards of practice Current CPR certification (if required) TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest x-ray as applicable) Current health certificate (if required) Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred Qualifications Active LCSW or
