JOB SUMMARY
The Social Worker is responsible for completing Social Services related tasks. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Perform all Social Services tasks and duties for the facility. Build and maintain good relationships with residents and families. Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do. Ensure excellent & timely communication with residents, families, staff, and referral sources. Create positive resident outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. REQUIREMENTS
