Job Description:
The licensed Social Worker will support the psychosocial needs of our clients in Fargo, ND.Education Qualifications:
Provides social work services and discharge planning to patients and families in the healthcare setting to meet individual health and psychosocial needs in the promotion of wellness and cost-effective outcomes. This position also transitions patients to alternate levels of care and provides crisis intervention as needed.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
