Category Schools - Social Worker Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker for a flexible, part-time opportunity in the Bridgewater, New Jersey area. This position is ideal for a professional looking to maintain work-life balance while making a meaningful impact through case management services. Position Details Part-time position (approximately 2 days per week) Flexible schedule—you choose the days that work best for you Bridgewater, NJ area Primary focus on case management and client support Responsibilities Provide case management services and ongoing support to assigned clients. Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans. Coordinate with families, community agencies, and other professionals to connect clients with appropriate resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Monitor client progress and advocate for needed services. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or a related field. New Jersey Social Work license (LSW or LCSW) preferred, if applicable. Previous case management experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a flexible schedule.
