We are looking for a rock-star Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. What You'll Do As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting our patients with the care they need. You'll work closely with our doctors and team to ensure patients understand their treatment options and feel confident moving forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and building relationships with patients from their very first interaction Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care Following up with patients and helping them move forward with treatment Coordinating treatment between our multiple specialties and providers Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and team members Providing a high level of personalized, concierge-style customer service Helping create a positive, organized, and enjoyable patient experience Learning our systems, services, and treatment offerings and continually growing your knowledge Contributing to a positive team culture and helping our practice continue to grow Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Warm, confident, and genuinely great with people An exceptional communicator — both in person and on the phone Comfortable having conversations about treatment and helping patients make decisions Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Professional, polished, and personable Compassionate and genuinely committed to patient care Comfortable with the sales side of helping patients say "yes" to the care they need A team player who takes ownership and follows through Looking for a place where they can grow, develop, and build a career Previous dental experience is a plus, but not necessarily required. We are willing to train the right person who has the personality, work ethic, communication skills, and desire to succeed. Full-Time Treatment Coordinator Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM, Fridays 9AM-3PM Experience:
Dental experience preferred, but exceptional candidates from sales, hospitality, customer service, or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Pay:
$22.08 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
