A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.
The Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining all ERSEA systems for O.C.E.A.N., Inc.'s Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The position ensures that eligible children, pregnant women, and families are recruited, selected, enrolled, and supported in accordance with the Head Start Act, Head Start Program Performance Standards, approved grant requirements, agency policies, and applicable federal and state regulations. The ERSEA Manager provides leadership for eligibility determinations, recruitment planning, selection criteria, waitlist management, funded enrollment, vacancy tracking, attendance monitoring, data quality, reporting, and recordkeeping. The position collaborates with program leadership, Family Services, Education, Health, Disabilities, Fiscal, Human Resources, Data Management, and community partners to ensure equitable access, maintain funded enrollment, reduce chronic absenteeism, and strengthen program accountability. (refer to our website for the full job description) Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services, early childhood education, education, public administration, business administration, sociology, psychology, or a related field. A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in Head Start, Early Head Start, early childhood education, family services, enrollment management, social services, or a related field. At least two years of or program-management experience. Demonstrated experience with eligibility determination, enrollment, attendance monitoring, data management, compliance, or quality assurance. Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.50 per hour
