Job Description

Description:
The Westfield Area YMCA is looking for caring, supportive and responsible individuals to join our team as Site Coordinators for our school age child care program (K-5) to work at our various Elementary school locations, starting in late August. The Site Coordinator is responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned program site, either as the primary person on-site or in tandem with a Director. Responsibilities include supervising staff, setting up daily schedules, serving as a liaison with YMCA parents and outside organizations, and ensuring all polices, regulations and standards of the center are met.
Hours :
Monday•Friday 2:00PM•6:00
PM Pay Range:
$19.00•24.00, commensurate with education and experience

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree + 1 yr. experience;
OR CDA/AA + 2
years experience; OR HS diploma/GED + 3 years experience Must be 18 years or older Experience working in a child care setting Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work as a team with other YMCA staff members
