Family Service Coordinator - Aprendamos Early Intervention Team Aprendamos Family of Services offers a complete multidisciplinary program for children in New Mexico. We have teams of Family Service Coordinator's , Intake Coordinator's, Family Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Apprentice of Speech and Language, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Family therapists amongst others. The Family Service Coordinator position available in person for our Aprendamos Early Intervention Program servicing Dona Ana County in Southern New Mexico. Family Service Coordinator Summary Seeking a strong Family Service Coordinator to advocate of the Aprendamos mission to help children attain their highest potential and be motivated to contribute to the mission with pride and integrity. This position is available for Full Time. Detail oriented and provides great customer service and follow through. Dependable, detail-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to effectively organize and communicate information to target audiences. Family Service Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties Caseload Management to ensure clients are receiving the appropriate services through the Early Intervention Program and manages the paperwork, meetings, and service plan. Meet documentation requirements. Provides face-to-face meetings regarding services with both families and staff and communicates with all involved. Work in a changing environment gathering relevant information to integrate, change or modify individualized treatment plan. Use decision making skills that objectively and fairly evaluate situations.
