Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our private practice specializing in, but not limited to, families and children. This role offers an excellent opportunity for LMSWs looking to grow their caseload and develop their skills within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality mental health services, including client communication, assessments, counseling, and clinical documentation. This position is paid and designed to foster professional growth in a private practice setting. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support. Conduct mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological well-being and develop treatment plans. Provide mental health counseling tailored to children and families, supporting their emotional and behavioral needs. Manage clinical documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Build and maintain a caseload of at least 12 clients, fostering ongoing therapeutic relationships. Collaborate with other professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive client care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all licensing, ethical, and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills. Requirements Valid licensure as a Master Social Worker (LMSW). Experience or interest in working with children and families within a mental health setting. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation. Ability to manage a caseload of 12+ clients with professionalism and compassion. Willingness to learn and grow within a private practice environment. Knowledge of mental health assessment tools, counseling techniques, and clinical documentation standards. Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. Pay:
$40.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 per week
