Role Description The Social Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, NY, supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral development. The Social Worker will provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to students and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers, school leaders, and support staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. The Social Worker will facilitate family engagement, connect students and caregivers with community resources, and help design social-emotional learning initiatives aligned with the school's mission. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, complying with all relevant regulations, and participating in school-wide meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in student counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
