• Job Responsibilities
• + Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings and facility systems + Repair fixtures and hardware including doors, windows, locks, minor appliances, and office equipment + Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and address maintenance needs as identified + Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance checklists + Identify and report major maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions + Safely and efficiently use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment + Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor + Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs + Participate in required training and demonstrate commitment to professional development + Follow all Aramark safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.

• Qualifications
• + Previous general maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred + Multi-skilled background with the ability to perform a variety of repair tasks + Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and light plumbing + Ability to follow safety procedures due to physical job demands + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs + Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.

This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
