Job Description
Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a CPST Service Provider to join our Belpre Behavioral Health team. As a CPST Service Provider , you will be responsible for providing mental health services to children enrolled in Fort Frye Local Schools .
Services include:
coordination of services with school personnel, parents and other agencies as indicated to improve student's interpersonal and behavior management skills and academic performance. What do we look for in our CPST Service Providers?? Eligible to work in the United Stated HS Diploma or Equivalent ( Bachelor's Degree in a related field and Experience working with children, families and schools, a primary interest in working with SED children is preferred ) Experience working with children, families and schools, a primary interest in working with SED children. Position requires good verbal and written communication skills, The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients, A valid driver's license, good driving record and vehicle suitable for transportation.
