Deliver assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, or groups. Develop and review individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with standards and payers. Supervise clinical staff, review documentation, and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance. Monitor client progress, support crisis intervention, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications include an MSW, an active LISW-S license, 3-5+ years of experience, and supervision skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in diverse settings and evidence-based modalities. The role involves direct care, supervision, and administrative duties, with a focus on maintaining clinical integrity, compliance, and positive client outcomes.
