The Social Worker aids Spanish speaking residents in the Westside of Franklin County. Providing case management and supervision to assist clients in reaching their goals. To be successful in the position you will have:
Experience:
Provides comprehensive case management services to all clients including intake assessment, goal setting, case plan development, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals. Meets with clients in their home and/or community as directed by the case plan. Inputs accurate and complete documentation for all contacts with clients into agency database. Proven supervision to staff and interns to include onboarding, case assignment, clinical, coaching, and administrative support. Proven supervision and establishes individual and team performance goals in collaboration with the Director. Drives partnership and collaboration with community partners to enhance resources to human and social services. Proven comprehensive case management services to Spanish speaking clients to include intake assessment, goal setting, service plan development, progress monitoring, advocacy, referrals, and service linkage.
Education:
Bilingual required. Bachelor's degree in social work or related field desired LSW License required. One (1) to two (2) years, social work, or case management experience desired Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
