The Strategic Assessment Counselor/Social Worker advocates for clients and families by addressing environmental, financial, parenting, and behavioral health needs while assessing natural and community supports. Strategic Access ensures referrals are effectively managed from inquiry through discharge to meet the needs of youth and families served by The Buckeye Ranch. The clinician completes diagnostic assessments using flexible modalities—including in-home, community-based, telehealth, or office settings—and facilitates appropriate referrals to support the mental health and emotional needs of youth and their families. You have an active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license. You have two years of experience as a counselor, social worker, therapist, or mental health specialist. You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
