Job Description

The Youth Discipleship Coordinator (YDC) serves as the primary point person for the evangelization and discipleship of adolescents and adults within our parish. The YDC will build, form, equip, and disciple a community of five to fifty intentional adult missionary disciples who can witness the Good News of Jesus Christ and the beauty of the Catholic faith to adolescent youth. With the support provided by Live Jesus Ministries, the YDC will mentor the adults who will mentor the young people of our parish to deeper lives of Christian friendship, prayer, and service.
Top Qualifications:
Two years of work or volunteer experience in evangelization, faith formation, education, or parish ministry. Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to share his/her Catholic faith through relational ministry. Ability to lead and coordinate start up sessions with teens, mentors, and parents.
