Licensed Social Worker - The Gardens of St.

Francis Location:

Oregon, OH Pay:

$26.50-$29.30/hour

Schedule:

Full-Time Make a difference every day at The Gardens of St. Francis. We're hiring a Licensed Social Worker to join our dedicated caregiving team. Set on 44 peaceful acres across from Pearson Metro Park, our campus offers a calm, supportive environment for both residents and staff. What You'll Do:

Help identify and support residents' social and emotional needs Participate in care planning with our interdisciplinary team Build strong relationships with residents and their families Provide guidance, resources, and education Lead or assist with resident engagement activities Maintain required documentation and training

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work preferred Current LSW (Licensed Social Worker) required Experience with older adults is a plus Benefits for
