Job Description
The Solon Recreation Department is looking to hire enthusiastic individuals to staff our very popular after-school program. The after-school program is held at the Solon Community Center on Monday - Friday. Hours are 2:30pm - 6:00pm, for a minimum of two days per week. Applicants must be available to work on Fridays. The position requires an individual to possess a desire to work with children in a fun and enjoyable environment. Must be willing to initiate art projects and games, participate in activities, supervise free play in the gym, help prepare and clean rooms, walk to the park and playground with the group and help children with their homework. This position is part time and would not exceed 28 hours per week. This position offers a starting rate of $17.4084/hour.
